Even though there aren't any more children in this generation than in the last one, they are a lot more spread out in age - 12 years as opposed to 6. I'm hoping that this will make this generation less boring than their parents. I think the problem is that most of my Sims are happily married with children, but their children are too young to have much drama. I may have to start adding Random Events to make my neighborhood more interesting and dramatic. How do people handle Random Events in their neighborhood? Does anyone have any advice on how to include them?

ReplyDeleteThis thread speficially has the ROS notepad document - http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php/topic,8253.msg234356.html#msg234356
ReplyDeleteYou can make a notepad document that includes all the sims in your hood (that you want to include into this) For instance you may not want to include children (death by poison may not be a fun one for an 8 year old). I've also used online dice in the past to decide who (giving each person a number or you could go by household). You don't have to have Hook's Randomizer to use the ROS, I've used it a year now, and only recently downloaded Hook's.
