2001 - George Gaunt is 23.
Even before it was the town of Arcadia, it was the home of the Gaunt family. They assumed it always would be. But financial ruin, death, and disaster wiped them out and drove them far away.
After his parents died, George left the house behind, but he couldn't stay away. After he graduated from college, he moved back, determined to rebuild the family fortune.
